Seasonal Equine Veterinarian Position; Wagga Wagga, NSW.
Riverina Equine Veterinary Services is seeking an Equine Veterinarian to join our ambulatory practice
based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is a seasonal position with a flexible starting date
(August/September) 2018 for 3-4 months.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 breeding seasons in equine practice and have an
interest in equine reproduction. We are looking for a progressive, confident and proactive
veterinarian. The successful applicant will be capable of working independently, with ongoing
support from our small, dynamic team.
The role will be mainly ambulatory and will involve a mix of reproductive, racetrack and
performance horse work. Cars are fitted out with excellent equipment including digital radiography,
m-turbo ultrasounds, portable endoscopy equipment and a mobile crush.

Remuneration package will be above award, dependent on qualifications and level of experience and
will include a fully maintained motor vehicle, mobile phone, superannuation and after-hours
payments. After hours will be on a shared basis with 1 in 3 weekends on call (negotiable).
